WALK ON DAYS
WHEN and WHERE?
Walk Ons are held on the 1st Saturday of each month (the only exception to this is January, depending on where the first Saturday falls in relation to New Years Day, see the NEWS page for dates).
Access is via the gate on Coppice Lane.
Please watch out for a concrete block, it is there to prevent unauthorised access.
Check out the CONTACT page for our address.
-
Gate opens at 08:00 and shuts at 09:15.
-
The Gate remains closed for most of the day.
-
Prior to the Gate opening at the close of play, it will only be opened in emergency situations, see a member of staff in the club hut.

Cold War/80's/90's
These games have different rules and all players must wear/use appropriate gear.
Keep an eye on the NEWS page for game announcements.
RIF LIMITS
HOW HIGH?
RIF = Realistic Imitation Firearm (Gun)
GUNS MUST BE TESTED AT THE CHRONO STATION FIRST THING BEFORE THE GAME BRIEFING AND WE MAY DO RANDOM CHECKS IN-GAME.
MAX FPS: 328fps +10% tolerance (MAX: 360fps/1.2 Joules) using a 0.2g BB or equivalent for heavier weight ammo.
This applies to all types of RIF:
Pistol, Rifle, Support and DMR/Sniper, there are no exceptions.
-
If your RIF fires over 1.2 Joules, you will be asked to stop using the RIF.
-
If you are found to be cheating the chrono or adjusting your FPS after it has been chrono'd you may be asked to leave the site.
Fireball operates a MAX 25 RPS on your RIFs
IF YOUR GUN FIRES LIKE A NON STOP LASER, IT MAY NOT BE ALLOWED.
Any RIF we find with a higher rate than 25 RPS will be removed from the game.
Marshals will chrono during games, to ensure RIF's are within site limits at all times.
Any attempt to deliberately mislead the Chrono either before the game, and especially in game, will result in an investigation, which could result in a ban.
OTHER
WHAT ABOUT?
HPA
While we have no plans to ban HPA, we do NOT allow recharging from 'divers bottles'. Please do not bring divers bottles to the site.
At the moment we have not had any issues with hot guns, but HPA rigs must be fitted with tamper proof 'regulators' and this must be set when the gun is chrono'd. Some restrictions may be required with regard to high ROF. Good trigger response is one thing, but hosing laser beams of BBs will see a ROF limit imposed. (This would also apply to high ROF AEGs)
TAG ROUNDS
Only timed, smoke or inert rounds are permitted. No impact rounds. Tag rounds are to be used for indirect fire only or for taking out an objective such as a cannon or vehicle. Anyone that fires a TAG round at another person, even by accident, will feel the wrath of somebody ferocious.
TWO TONE GUNS
A polite reminder. Two tone guns should be covered with scrim netting or tape while in use at Fireball.
